Editorial purpose

NewCasinosToplist publishes editorial reviews and rankings of online casinos. Content on this site is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, or gambling advice. Reading a review or following an outbound link does not create any client, advisor or agency relationship with us.

Eligibility

You must be of legal gambling age in your jurisdiction (18+ in most of Europe, 21+ in some US states, varies elsewhere) to use this site or follow any of our outbound operator links. We do not knowingly serve users below the legal gambling age. If you are not of legal age in your jurisdiction, leave the site.

No operator relationship

NewCasinosToplist is not a gambling operator. We do not accept deposits, hold player funds, run any games, or process bets. All gambling activity occurs at third-party operators we link to. We assume no liability for losses, disputes, technical issues, account terminations, withheld winnings, KYC outcomes, or any other interaction between you and any operator.

Affiliate model

We earn commissions on referrals to some operators we link to, and we sell labelled paid placements on our toplist. The score and verdict on every review are produced editorially using the same eight-parameter rubric, irrespective of any commercial relationship. Accuracy

We strive for accuracy but the online casino industry changes rapidly. Bonus terms, licences, ownership, game libraries, payment methods and support arrangements can change at any time without notice. Always verify the current terms on the operator’s own site before depositing. If you spot a factual error in one of our reviews, email hello@newcasinostoplist.com — we publish corrections at the foot of the affected page.

User conduct

If you submit content to us (for example via the contact form), you confirm that the content is yours to send and does not infringe anyone else’s rights. We may quote anonymised user feedback in editorial material. We do not publish personally identifying user information without consent.

All editorial content, scoring methodology and original graphics on this site are © NewCasinosToplist. Operator logos and trademarks are the property of the respective brands and are used for editorial identification under fair use / fair dealing. Republication of our review text or scores without attribution and a working link back is not permitted.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which NewCasinosToplist’s publishing entity is registered. Disputes will be brought before the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
